Dr. Sekimpi For 2021 Presidential contest.

By Our reporter

Uganda has today witnessed a new presidential aspirant, in Dr. Sekimpi Joel who declared his plans to stand for Uganda’s top leadership position in the coming general elections 2021.

Dr. Sekimpi who is under the umbrella, Citizens independence while addressing journalists in Kampala, reveals that they are concerned with the poor education, health, agriculture, economic systems in the country which offer no solution to Ugandans but instead offer misery.

Sekimpi further notes that President Museveni is not the problem of this country adding that Uganda’s problem is the poor system of governance which he has come to change. “Various government departments and agencies must be accorded full autonomy to fully exercise their potential, hence then, the country will realize tangible and faster growth

He further wants to see a vibrant education sector that revolves around technology, health sector with a good working environment for the experts coupled with better pay for the teachers and health experts among other civil servants like judges and magistrates.

He also cautions Ugandans not to see him as a joker but to listen keenly on what he has to offer to the nation come 2021. Adding that this is the time for Ugandans to work towards causing change in the political sphere of this great nation to correct all the mistakes.

Currently Uganda has only three people who have boldly declared their interest to contest for the post of presidency in 2021 among them, is president museveni (NRM), Kyadondo East MP, Robert Kyagulanyi Ssentamu (People Power)and now Dr. Joel Sekimpi.(Citizens independence)
